Registration deadline for REAA/CRSA elections is Sunday

Voters have until Sunday, Sept. 7, to register or update existing voter registration for the Regional Educational Attendance Area/Coastal Resource Service Area elections, Tuesday, Oct. 7.

Voter registration is available at any Division of Elections regional office, municipal clerk’s office, the Division of Motor Vehicles, tribal offices and at many libraries.

Registration applications are also available at www.elections.alaska.gov or by calling any Division of Election regional office.

Voters who register or change their registration after the Sunday deadline will have to vote on a questioned ballot. Yup’ik language assistance for voter registration is available by calling 866-954-8683.
