Records set in Polar Bear racePublished on March 11th, 2010 By DUTCH HARBOR FISHERMAN STAFF Two new records were set in the Polar Bear Run held Feb. 21 in Unalaska Ben Bolock took first place in the men's race with a time of 15:30, beating the old record by 2 minutes and 40 seconds. Crystal Hudak's time of 20:13 broke the women's record by 1 minute and 2 seconds. The 5-kilometer race from Tutiakoff Park in downtown Unalaska to the landfill and back drew 110 people.
