King Cove basketball teams both win

It was a good night of basketball for King Cove at the New Stuyahok Showdown on Thurday.

In the boys game, the T-Jacks beat Koliganek 60-50 behind Jordan Hamilton's team-high 18 points. All-state guard Jonny Samuelson added 17 points and 10 assists, helping the King Cove boys improve to 13-1 on the season.

In the girls game, the Rookies earned a 42-33 decision over Kokhanok.
